What type of experience do you have?
With over 30+ years of professional experience, I’ve had the privilege to work for many Film & TV actors, famous musicians and top chefs around the world. My travels have enriched my culinary expertise, spanning Eastern, European, South American, American and even Asian cuisines. My experience spans a diverse range of locations including: Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Barbara, Seattle, San Juan Islands, Portland, Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawaii (Big Island), and Montana.
What types of gatherings are you available for?
My table gatherings vary, and I’m available for anything from a sit-down, white-glove four-course meal to a simple backyard BBQ.
How is the menu chosen?
I work closely with each client to create a personalized menu that aligns perfectly with your dietary preferences and restrictions. I’m also happy to offer recommendations based on the event and experience you wish to create.
How far in advance do I need to book?
This will vary depending on the venue, party size and complexity of the meal. For smaller gatherings I may be available for short-notice arrangements.
What regions are you available for?
I’m currently available for bookings within the Flathead Valley and nearby regions. I’m currently working within Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Bigfork, Lakeside, and Polson.
